Starting with existing CF site ... how to?

I have to continue a CF website, so I downloaded the complete site/application from the server.

But ... what is the best way to edit the site/application?

Should I just use DreamWeaver or ColFusion Builder or ...

There was a discussion here about the pros and cons of DreamWeaver vs ColFusion Builder. You may use either, of course. However, I would recommend ColdFusion Builder. It leans more towards the future. See Ben Forta's tutorial.

I'm also out of the office so I'll answer this from home.

I can't speak for Cold Fusion Builder because I don't have it.  I use Dreamweaver Studio 8 with Cold Fusion 9 extensions.  It gets the job done quite nicely.

Do you mean just the default installation of Dreamweaver or did you install any extra extensions (where to get them?)

A google search on "coldfusion extensions dreamweaver" will help you find them.
