Strange CF8 Error

Hi,
I'm getting this strange error message on my coldfusion hosting. It's a shared hosting, so i cant modify sandbox too much.

Here is the error message i get:

The file actually does not even exist there. I researched it, and couldnt find any information on it.

The application runs fine, on my dev server, which is local.
