Looking for ideas on how to place an outbound telephone call from ColdFusion. We have a goal of being able to place a call when certain urgent conditions are met, and deliver a synthesized or prerecorded message. Thinking this has to have been done before. (We are not robocalling - I promise!) Email, SMS, XMPP etc. are not appropriate.
