Getting "The requested resource is not available." message trying to access .html or .cfm web pages; folders and files under wwwroot - just installed CF 11 w/update 1 and internal Tomcat 7.0.52 - is an extra installation step needed to enable access?  Thanks!

    Turned out to be a simple fix - just restarted ColdFusion 11 Application Server.
