Trouble Downloading Coldfusion

Hello, I am attempting to download the trial version of Coldfusion (what I really want is to download the free Developers edition of Coldfusion 9), from this link: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=coldfusion

Well, I am logged in to my Adobe account, and when I visit that page, it asks me for some information, such as my first/last name, organization name, address, etc. After answering all of the questions, I receive the error "An error has occured. Please try again." It doesn't say that any of the fields I have entered are incorrect, or left blank (just to test this, I left some blank, and it will then have an error message stating that some fields were left blank).

Does anyone know a way I could get around this, so that I am able to download Coldfusion 9?

Also, a little information about the systems I have tried this on. I have attempted to download Coldfusion 9 on both Windows XP (32-bit), and Windows 7 (62-bit). Using both Firefox and Internet Explorer on both systems. All pathes have came to the same result.

Thanks,

Alex

Click on the very link you yourself have posted above. The most the download page will ask of you is to log in using the same username and password that you had used earlier to enter this forum.

Another strategy altogether: use those login credentials in a different browser.

You can either create a new account or contact Adobe support to have them fix your account. I recommend the former.
