UI issue installing ColdFusion 2021 Update 4 from Administrator

Is everyone else seeing the same short, wide, blank box when clicking "Download and Install" for Update 4?

 

Steps to reproduce are:

  • Log in to ColdFusion 2021 Administrator
  • Package Manager
  • Available Versions: select "ColdFusion 2021 Update 4"
  • Click "Download and Install"

 

The background dims and a blank box appears alongside the "Core Server" image... and then nothing. This happens on several machines in a variety of browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge) and is unimpacted by disabling extensions.

    That was once a problem in earlier CF versions. If I remember correctly, Adobe had solved it.

     

    What happens when you click on the blank box, then click several times on the TAB key?

    Nothing, as far as I can tell.

    Poking around in the Inspector pane shows an Uncaught TypeError.

    Clicking the /administrator/updates/  URL next to loadDialog displays Error: Incorrect context fetched, please reload.

    "TypeError" suggests a browser error. What happens when you try opening the Administrator in a different browser?
