Steps to reproduce are:

Package Manager
Available Versions: select "ColdFusion 2021 Update 4"
Click "Download and Install"

The background dims and a blank box appears alongside the "Core Server" image... and then nothing. This happens on several machines in a variety of browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge) and is unimpacted by disabling extensions.
