Unable to update the ColdFusion ODBC Server

Hi,

Have just installed CF8 and have encountered the following error when trying to connect to an access database.

Unable to update the ColdFusion ODBC Server.
Timeout period expired without completion of C:\ColdFusion8\db\slserver54\admin\swcla.exe

Any assistance would be appreciated as I do not want to roll back to CF7!!
