update failed

Question

I got an update message from ColdFusion 10.

I got failed error message to download

"failed signature verification"

Can you please advise where to check it?

Thanks for the message and help,There is no run as administrator option when I right click on the icon on the desktop for some reason.I tried to use ctrl-shift-return to run as administrator for mandatory update, but still get error message that I need admin rights to run the application.I tried to do update, I still get error message when do the update 1.Thanks again for helping and informaiton,Regards,Iccsi,How about using java -jar option from the command prompt to run? For example, C:\ColdFusion10\jre\bin>java -jar c:\cf10_mdt_updt.jar.

I had the same problem "failed signature verification" even after I successfully installed the mandatory update. The problem was with my cacerts file. (C:\ColdFusion10\jre\lib\security\cacerts ) We use a customized cacarts file. I restored the cacerts file back to the original version that came with the CF install. Restarted the ColdFusion service and the update worked! Then I put my custom cacerts file back and restarted CF.
