Update to JRE causes license error

We have been advised to update our CF8 enterprise servers to the newest version of JAVA. When we do this it generates this error message:

"Same Serial Number found on another ColdFusion server.The server may be out of compliance".

How should we update the JRE in CF 8.

    That is not an error, that is a warning. One that you can safely ignore
    (from a technical perspective at least).
