Updating ColdFusion 11 offline

I have multiple systems offline that need to be updated to CF11 update 7.

I am unable to configure CF Administrator to locate the files to upgrade.

Any help would be much appreciated.

  • Download the update 7 jar file from below location: 

https://cfdownload.adobe.com/pub/adobe/coldfusion/11/hotfix_007.jar

  • Copy this hotfix to the folder ColdFusion11\jre\bin
  • Launch the command prompt by running  as administrator & navigate to this location ColdFusion11\jre\bin
  • Use  command  “java –jar hotfix_007.jar” & follow the on screen instructions.
