Upgrade to ColdFusion 2021 Throws Cryptic SQL Query Error

Question

After upgrading my site from ColdFusion 11 to ColdFusion 2021, I'm receiving error messages that I can't decipher. Can anyone tell me what is actually failing here? For example, what does EXCEPTIONS <small><i>not set</i></small> mean?

Funny that. I've been doing this for two decades now and this is the first time I've been stumped by a ColdFusion error message. I guess there's a first time for everything. 😄

Any assistance is appreciated.

Fixed it!  I still don't know - and may never know - what ColdFusion was trying to say here, but resetting the DSN appears to have returned everything to normal.  Errors are gone.  Site is working fine.
