Upgrading from ColdFusion 9 to 11 Enterprise edition, can we use same licensing key?

We will be upgrading from ColdFusion 9 to 11 Enterprise edition.  Can we use the same licensing keys or do we need new  ones?

A license key is specific to a particular version. CF9 keys will not work with CF11. You will need new license keys.
