UPS Tracking - Online Tools integration

Question

I need to generate a UPS tracking number with my online store
and email it to the customer. The documentation from UPS is
basically crap, and I have no idea how to implement it so it
generates unique tracking numbers for each order placed.

Does anyone know of a reliable 3rd party tag that is easy to
implement and understand?
