URGENT - JS Injection

Hi All,

I am looking for some quick guidance to help stop a JS Injection occurring on my clients public sites. I am not a CF Guru but do understand the basics. Is there anything smart out there that I can simply plug-in to a CF page to prevent this? CFIncludes or JS script files. Any hands-on experience on how to fix this quickly would be appreciated.
