URLs and directory mapping/aliases - Framework like functionality

Hello... I wasn't sure of the best way to describe this so here is my scenario. Is this possible... I know it's done with frameworks such as fusebox. Trying to get an idea of how it might be done with standard CF code.

User types in url: mysite.com/countryfolder/page.cfm.
I'd like the page to be served from mysite.com/international/countryfolder/page.cfm (D:\inetpub\wwwroot\etc...)
