Where can I get in touch with tech support for Cold Fusion

I am new to Cold fusion in fact this is the first time I have ever heard of it.  I have a customer with an old NT machine running Cold Fusion Workshop 3.1 and Microsoft Access 97.  They querry the data from another machine with some forms in the .cfm format.  I need to duplicate this on a new Windows 7 platform using the latest version of Cold Fusion and a newer version of Access but using the old .cfm forms.  How do I find the tech support I need to make this happen?
