Where do we put suggestions for improving the portal?

Curious where we would put suggestions on improving the portal experience?

Yesterday, I noticed the ColdBox question in the discussion category so passed it along to Brad Wood via Twitter that he may know the answer.  He made a good suggestion that there could be a Twitter bot that sent out when these posts come in.  I know i subscribe to @CFOverflow which pushes Stack Overflow questions to Twitter.  I agree with Brad it would be good to have something similar in the portal.

Reading through his thread, when he did answer the question, he noted that he wasn't being notified when there were new posts in the discussion.  I think that would also be a great feature to have put in because its easy to forget to come back to check for new posts.
