Where do you disable/enable cffile in CF7?

I've looked all the through the administrator and googled everywhere and still can't find the answer. I tried searching here, but the search on this forum is broken. Can anyone tell me exactly where in the administrator you go to disable/enable the cffile tag in CF7? Thanks!!!
