Where is the selection?

I'm using studio 5 and I just realized that my studio was able to offer me a selection of attributes when I'm typing my codes.
For example if I type <cfdum and move my cursor 1 space a selection will automatically show up and offer me choices of attributes.
I don't know why I don't see this feature anymore and not sure how to set them, please help!
