Question

Why did the .NET sites stop working after upgrading to CF9?

I installed CF9 with no errors. After the install I started checking web sites on the server to make sure there were no problems.  I found that all the .NET web sites stopped working.  It was like the sites didn't exist anymore, even though the sites were still listed in IIS and all the files still existed.  Hopefully someone might know why this happend.  Here is some info about the install that might help.

Step one is to check and see that the appropriate services are running on the server.
