Why is India Region/Locale hard coded into some CFML Reference Menu links????

Hello:
I am in the United States, for example, but I suspect this might be an issue from any locale. I have noticed this problem several times, but have not mentioned it until now. I though this would have been fixed by now, but apparently no one else has noticed or complained. Or perhaps something is amiss with my system, but not likely as I have no reason to have India setup as my region/locale.
To replicate the problem:
- Start on this page from the United States region/locale: https://helpx.adobe.com/coldfusion/developing-applications/using-external-resources/sending-and-receiving-e-mail/using-coldfusion-with-mail-servers.html
- Click on the menu above where it says Coldfusion (see attached screenshot: circled in purple)
- The link I receive is: https://www.adobe.com/in/products/coldfusion-family.html which includes the region/local *in* for India and I get the message in the second attached screenshot. Text + links follow.
Are you visiting adobe.com from outside your region? Visit your regional site for more relevant pricing, promotions and events.

If this is not a hard coded URL problem, then it seems to be some very strange behavior to me.
