Why won't CFBuilder 2016 Start?

I'm working with the demo version of CFBuilder 2016. I click on the CFB icon and it appears on the task bar for about 1 second then disappears. I've tried some suggestions I've found on the web including opening as Administrator and renaming the workspace but nothing helps. What else can I do?
