Widget section not displaying entire array in the .cfm file on the screen, just a few out of all.

Hi, this is a code block for a widget that displays several other items bought together when purchasing the current item on display on the web page. For some reason it only shows just 9(marked red)/22 of the items in it.

Below this image, you'll also find the the other code blocks it connects to. I don't think the issue lays there as it's also connected to other products on the site and it displays every item within the file for those. Please advise on what it could be, I've been staring at it for too long.
