Will coldfusion 8 work on Windows 2003 with Service Pack 2?

Can anyone please clarify as to whether the coldfusion 8 will work on windows 2003 with Service pack 2 OS?

I have two separate machines running Win2K3 with SP 2 installed and CF 8.0.1. No problems for me on either.
