Windows XP SP3

After applying Windows XP Home SP3 I cannot display any CFM page locally on my PC anymore; even the CF ADMINISTRATOR.

All I get is "INTERNET EXPLORER CANNOT DISPLAY THE WEBPAGE".

    Update. I found that the Cold Fusion 8 Application Server service was not started. I started it manually and CF is working again.

    Irritating thing is that now I have to manually start the CF Server Service evey time I boot my PC. Yuk!

    Did you check the firewall settings? XP firewall maybe blocking cf to run.

    Good idea, but not it. Turned off firewall but still does not display a CF page. Added an exception for port 8500 for the future, though. Thanks.
