ZeroGu6: Windows DLL failed to load error

Hi gurus

  I am very new to this tech so go easy on my, I am trying to get cold fusion 10 install on a 2012 r2 server, but I get this error when the installer , anyone encountered this issue in the past and fixed it.

I think you are getting the error because Windows Server 2012 R2 is too new for ColdFusion 10. ColdFusion 10 is compatible with versions of Windows Server up to 2012. It may help to try Aka_bigred's workaround.
