Zip City State County Sales tax Table

i am looking for 3rd party set of table that are updated regularly that will allow me to key in a zip code and returns the ciry and state. I would also like these table to show me what county they are in in order to determin the sales tax for that county. does anyone have any ideas for this.. thanks bob balas

    The USPS web API has the defacto codes, constantly updated.

    It is free but you do have to apply for permission.

    I do not know of any public service that is updated consistantly. I use the above though for my company and it works great. They have different options for different updates and you receive the file in XLS, or MS Access or I think CSV. Very easy to work with.
