Adobe Color Printer Utility v1.0

A4 is 210 x 297.

Adobe seems to think that 210 by 26.8 will do - which is wrong.

I have been fighting to print patches for my ISIS but I cannot even with tight margins.

Please can we have the correct size for printing A4 from this utility ?

Apple M1 Ultra

MacOS Ventura 13.1

It is important because I build my own paper profiles

I've had this issue with ACPU on Windows too with iSis charts - and fixed this in the past by slightly resizing the target before printing, yes its pot luck - you may have to try a few times, always start from the original .v Use "nearest neighbor"resizing option.

Check the physical measurement after printing with a ruler - i1 iSis charts have dimensions printed on them.

I doubt Adobe will fix it so we are stuck with the resizing. Keep notes for next time.

I hope this helps

All my clients print i1P targets without issue on my iSis XL using ACPU.

You must create the targets with patches a bit larger than the minimum for one.

Yes, there has always been a scaling issue on Windows with ACPU; it isn't going to get fixed. You need more 'fudge factor' in how you create the targets to account for this. You also need to ensure that the driver and all settings output at 100% and never scale (like picking Boarderless or Expand Size if this is a driver option).

Hi, this was posted in the forum for developers of add-ons for Photoshop.

I have moved it to the color management forum.

I am the author and I should have apologised before hand.

The problem I have is the diamonds are cut in half forming a triangle on the lefthand side and the paper is ejected by the ISIS

I think you are right. This forum is for Developers, and your question does not sound like you are a developer. Most of the posts that come here are either spam or misplaced.

We can move your post to the proper forum for you. Which Adobe app are you using?
