Print colors are not right

I have been printing photos on my Epson SureColor P7000 printer for a over a year and the colors have been correct and consistent.  However in the last few weeks the colors are off when I print through PS CC (and LR CC) which is where I usually print from. I recalibrated my monitor, redownloaded the printer driver and the specific icc profiles. The colors are now muted and less saturated.  When I print from Preview (I use an iMac 27" retinal display) the colors are correct.  I worked with Epson support and when we discovered that the colors are correct when printed through Preview it made sense that the conclusion is something is wrong with how PS CC and LR CC handles the printing profiles.  Anyone have any thoughts?

what changed on your machine when the problem started

print using a known good reference image

if your settings are correct i would suspect something is going on in your set up

try printing from a new user account

a screenshot of your File> Print menu may be useful for anyone trying...
