Re: color management board

Not sure if I'm posting in the right place, but I am having an issue with getting the exact colors for my business branding that I see in Acrobat Pro DC to print. When the correct colors I see in the pdf are printed, the colors become significantly dull. I do not believe this is an issue with my HP Laser Jet and I've tried exploring information on Tools > Print Production > Convert Colors, but I am not certain if this is the right route and the difference among the various Conversion Profiles.

Thank you!

Computer screen colour and printers use different methods to model colour. It's possible that the correct colour profile for your printer is not incorporated in the PDF at output time. This would help optimise the "translation" between the different colour models.

It's possible that the dullness, or part of it, comes from the paper onto which you'r printing the document. Remember, what you see on your screen is backlit,. On paper, ink may be absorbed and denisty of colour at the surface suffer, also there is no artificial backlight so there's an apparent loss of vibrancy,

Check that your designer is uisng the correct colour profiler. Use high quality, coated paper, at output time.
