滑鼠游標不停閃爍

電腦作業系統WIN10，只要開啟Adobe DW CC2017後，滑鼠游標旁的圓圈不停閃爍，非常干擾，必須關閉DW才會恢復正常，不知如何解決。

For the benefit of other contributors on this forum, this issue is about a flickering cursor on Dreamweaver. (Windows 10)

Just to be sure, does this happen with Dreamweaver, or on all editors on your computer? Which version of Dreamweaver do you have? Does it satisfy the system requirements? Dreamweaver system requirements
