Add a row to the default template hyperlink menu

Hi. Just wondering how to add a row to the default template (from Dreamweaver) hyperlink menu. Have tried to add a row however the template is locked. There are four rows for menu options however would like to add more. Thank you in advance.

    I don't know which default template you mean.  DW has many starter templates.   Assuming you're using the Multi-Column Starter Template, just highlight desired <li> tags in code view,  copy & paste above the closing </ul> tag.   See screenshot.

    If you are talking about Dreamweaver's template system (.dwt), then you can make all of your edits in the .dwt file.

    If this is not what you are talking about, then you will need to elaborate.
