Activation doesn't work over the internet and the telephone numbers listed don't work either!

Have tried discussing this in your chatroom, after been transferred 4 times, your adviser stopped responding!

 

Really irritated by your appalling  service. Please could a real person take responsibility for this, I need an authorisation code.

    CS3 is 12 years old.  The aging activation & registration servers were taken offline. 

     

    STEP 1

    Uninstall your old CS3 software and manually remove the old Adobe PCD folder.  It's also a good idea to run the Adobe Cleaner tool to wipe old files off your system.

    STEP 2

    Obtain a new CS3 installer and serial number that does not require activation.  See this link for details.

    I hope you have an older operating system.  You will need one to keep using legacy CS3 software.   At some point though, you may have to decide which is more important -- using  outdated software or having a modern operating system with all the latest security updates.

    Servers for CS2 and CS3 were taken down.

    But I believe you still can get a serial nr for CS3

    If you follow the Sign In link it will take you to Obtain A New Serial Number...........

    CS3, CS4, CS5 and CS6 are all out of support. The authorization servers were shut down after 10 years, you cannot get a code.
