Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 School Laptop Crash

Hello,

I have recently found a problem whenever I open my Dreamweaver (CS6) it happens to crash when I try to create a new html or open a recent one. I really need help fixing this because if I hand it into our IT Department I won't get it back for months! Therefore putting me behind on all assessment. I won't be able to uninstall/reinstall the program at all as they have access over high commands like that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm just looking for someone to tell me a solution, not do research myself as I don't have time, if you are willing to assume things then I don't require your help.

    UPDATE: I CAN OPEN A NEW HTML BUT WHEN I TRY ADDING SOMETHING LIKE A TABLE IT CRASHES, HOPEFULLY THIS HELPS SOMEONE FIGURE OUT MY PROBLEM


    WOW!    What does your Windows Event Viewer say is causing the crashes?

    You know the old saying, "You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink"?

    This is a user-to-user product forum.  We're all product users just like you.  When things go wrong, we troubleshoot issues at our end.  That's what responsible computer users do.  If you can't meet us half way, we can't help you.  Seriously.  Please go straight to your IT dept. and let them figure it out if they can.   Maybe it's a hardware problem.

    I don't think that you even tried any of the solutions. If you had then you would have come across Deleting a corrupted cache file
