К примеру пишешь background-co (после нажимаем enter), как бы должен дописаться "background-color", но просто перескакивает на другую строку.

Иногда все нормально, иногда такая беда.

I have tried to replicate the problem, without success.

One thing bothers me, namely the fact that you have linked both the .less and the .css files to your main document. This will confuse Dreamweaver. Either remove the link to the .less file or remove the link to the .css file and add less.js (<script src="//cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/less.js/2.7.2/less.min.js"></script>)
