Adobe Extension Manager not opening in Dreamweaver

In DWCS6, I can click on "Extension Manager" and nothing happens. I've been trying to do an update of Extension Manager 6.0.7, but I keep getting this error message:  U44M1P7

When I try to update Dreamweaver in the application, I get the message that I need to close Adobe Extension Manager CS6 (CS6.exe). Can't find this open anywhere (Task Manager, Processes, Services).

Help greatly appreciated.
