Adode Dreamweaver CC 2017 has stopped working

My version of Dreamweaver is constantly crashing, started happening after I recently upgraded my laptop to Windows 10 Enterprise (10.0.15063 Build 15063).

Has anyone else experience the same issues, and happen to have a resolution. I can't go 10 minutes without it crashing out.

Hi, it's not just one file its all HTML files I might open.

The file you have sent me won't actually open at all - Dreamweaver or browser.

Actually the problem is that, with one file having the issue- other files tend to mess up to. That is what is happening in our case. We will be working on this and fixing this up. If there is anything else that you are encountering that we are not able to interpret, can you please create a small video clip demonstrating the issue and attach it here.

I am also having difficulty with dreamweaver. It isn't crashing completely, but the split screen isn't working and often won't show the changes I have made in the code until I have completely shut down dreamweaver and open the file again. Everything was working great until I added in my first set of Media Queries and now Dreamweaver is incredibly slow and lagging.

It sounds like your problem is different to the original. Please start a new discussion stating you operating system and version of Dreamweaver.

Thanks for sharing the dump file, can you please tell us which version of Dreamweaver are you running, 17.0, 17.0.1, 17.1?

And are you encountering the crash in some specific workflows? or is it like you do anything it crashes?

Morning, there isn't any real pattern. I might be editing directly in HTML, with live view on and it will freeze. I might change an image URL another time and the same things happens.

I'm using fairly lightweight code as will, simple HTML email templates.

Currently using Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2017.1 Release. 9583 Build.

Just to be sure, does this happen with Dreamweaver, or other Adobe applications as well?

If Dreamweaver is the only Adobe app on your computer, how is the performance when you use other non-Adobe applications on your computer?

Also, did you try doing a clean uninstall, and reinstalling Dreamweaver? Ensure that you enable the option to delete preferences during uninstall.

The Lavasoft Web Companion app isn't install on my system, I have already been through the DIY kit, the issue isn't in there. I have also been through the contact-bumber hence the reason for being here.
