Advanced Acrobat [Adobe Experience Manager]

I'd like to build a PDF in Acrobat then send information filled in a HTML form to fill the PDF form. End user could could be asked a Question, then it is being filled in the form. Then a pdf is available for download or available on the server. I have accomplished HTML to PDF but not very good looking. Having line spaces and font sizes match Law Conformities (Rules of Court) fail. I can build the form in PDF that's easy and done. But I'd like users to go to a site and I can fill the PDF in the background. Other languages might need to be involved. Java-Script, python, php, html , node etc....tough one. I just need to understand how to access fields through a programming language. I can send a string over to a field name.

    Live Cycle is no more... long live Adobe Experience Manager Form... we'd say... well, back in the day, there were quite a few alternative solutions on Linux... and Live Cycle allowed for more flexibility.... but, depending on what you want to do and the complexity of your forms (hidden fields, interactions between elements, field combs, stamps, signatures, PDF flattening, locking fields, authenticity certification, etc.),  don't worry, the heart of the PDF data import operation, FDF, still exists, and so do the libraries (depending on your needs), one still also have plenty tools open source around here too... so it all depends on what you want to do... 
    once you've defined the scope of your needs, I may be able to set up a basic demo for you to understand the flow principle...
