Hello all.
I found PS Html+images export terribly inefficient at optimizing image links for email marketing. The longer (needless hours on hours)  I work, the more I realize the contact area of each slice warps the area around the images, creating resizing problems. Have tried Have used multiple output settings in pngs, gifs, and jpgs. Seeking best solutions to going forward - take this to Dreamweaver instead? Please advise.

Using old fashioned image slices is obsolete.  Nobody does this anymore.  And exported code from image editors isn't fit for real web or email use.  It's for quick prototypes to show the client.

Besides, the majority of users never see images in email for security reasons.  Email is primarily text-based communication containing links to the website where users can see more if they want to.

    Hello all,

I solved this issue on my own in Dreamweaver the following week. The post is obsolete.

Obsolete or not, it's here to stay.

For the benefit of other users who find this on web searches, how did you solve your problem?

Don't try to reinvet the wheel here and build emails to send in mail/outlook/etc. It's a waste of time and more complicated than it needs to be.  There are plenty of good solutions out there to build HTML emails in (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Hubspot, etc, etc) that are way more efficient at this process and will make your life much easier.
