Alert excluding registration

Hello to all the forum.

I develop my pages with dreamweaver and I always use the behavior of servers that is already installed in dreamweaver.

In my php page I have a delete button, which causes the deletion of records in the database.

My question is the following I would like to create an alert with the following message "Delete the record" Yes or no, when I click yes it does deleting, and when I click on it does not any action.

It is possible to do with dreamweaver?
