All workspace and other customizations gone

I spent hours setting up an install of Dreamwever 20.1 workspaces etc. I came back the next day and Dreamweaver was in a state of resh install, all customizations gone. WTF?

      Did you sync settings to the Cloud from your DW Preferences? 

      If yes, you can import those same settings from the Cloud.  See screenshot.
