Is there a way to test your site for android devises without actually owning an android devise?

I've found testing mobile devices to be pretty easy in my office environment because of the local testing server I installed on my machine.

Basically any device connected to the office network, hard-wired desktop or mobiles on wifi, use my machine's local ip address followed by the site I'm working on as the testing address, something similar to 123.456.789.0/sitename.

I can see in 5 minutes how the site reacts to a pretty decent cross section of Android and Apple products in various stages of "updatedness".

There are cross-browser testers, like saucelabs.com, but they are a poor alternative to testing on the actual device.

You can use a phone with the web with wifi - no need for a phone/data plan. You can probably pick up an android phone for cheap that will run the current OS.

Most Android devices are hi-dpi, and even though you can resize your browser to test the layout, you cannot simulate a hi-dpi display without the actual device.

I believe Dreamweaver provides options for simulating different interfaces though I am not sure since I no longer have use for it.
