I don't understand the question.

  • Under Help > About Dreamweaver which version #?
  • Which operating system?
  • Are you working within a defined local site folder?
  • Which field is reset?
  • Is this related to the CSS Designer Panel?

hello , my version is 19.2 (the last version from creative cloud)

my operating system is windows10

yes i work within a local folder

the field is in the CSS designer where it's called "selectors" you can select some id and some class there

there is a input field for searching specific class or specific ids and sometimes (not always) the bug prevent searching because whenever i type something into that very field it reset , for instance when i search for ... lets say the div "body" i try B ... O .... D ... and there it reset , but again this happends only once in a while , if you have any clue please help

  1. Go to View > Live Code.
  2. Validate live code.  Window > Results > Validation. See screenshot.
  3. Fix reported errors.

Check your CSS code with the online validation service below.
