Application bar missing in DW 2021

After installing DW 2021 I clicked on something and the Application bar with File Edit View Insert etc went away and I can't get it back.

    I would try this KB article and try recreating the config folder and deleting the cache.  If that doesn't work and menus are missing I would re-install.
