Artboard does not load in Extract Panel

Hello,

I'm having problems with loading my artboard into the dreamweaver extract panel. No matter how often I try, it never goes beyond this point:

 

Any idea how to solve this?

If this is something that just started happening recently, it could be that Adobe's Extract servers are experiencing some kind of issue and it might just start working again.

Thanks for the response Jon

It started 2 days ago and hasn't changed since. Could it still be a server issue, or might there be something I can do?
