Artboard does not load in Extract Panel

Hello,

I'm having problems with loading my artboard into the dreamweaver extract panel. No matter how often I try, it never goes beyond this point:

Any idea how to solve this?

If this is something that just started happening recently, it could be that Adobe's Extract servers are experiencing some kind of issue and it might just start working again.

It started 2 days ago and hasn't changed since. Could it still be a server issue, or might there be something I can do?

You may want to contact Adobe Customer Care directly: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and see if there's anything they can say about it. It looks like you're doing it correctly, from your screenshot.
