ASP Form2Mail

I recently bought a download called ASP Form2Mail off www.hotdreamweaver.com. They made it sound pretty easy and I am having problems with it. I have talked to my host and there is no security issues or anything like that. Once I click submit on my forum it goes to my ok page, but there is no email being sent. When I am done making the form in dreamweaver cs3 I click commands then insert aspform2mail. When the window pops up i put in my email address then i put in the ok link and the error link. Do I need to do anything with the code? I am completly lost. I could use some help thank you.
