Question

Auto sync across different desktops?

I have a server A and desktop B and C. I have installed DW on desktop B and C and edit files for a server A. Currently when I edit files at desktop B, it will be uploaded to server A, But the files at C are not updated. Thus I need to manually sync (download) from A to C each time that is cumbersome. Is there any way to automate the process?

    >If you’re the only person working on the remote server, you can use the Put and Get commands without checking files in or out.

So if I am the only person working on the remote server, what is the difference from Put and Get?

    1. From computer B, go online and GET files from remote server BEFORE you work on them.

    2. PUT files to remote server AFTER you work on them and before you switch to computer C.

    3. From computer C, repeat steps 1 & 2.

    Hi @20240603 ,

Thanks for writing to us. Dw provides an option of File Synchronization where the list of files are displayed to perform the required action(get/put/ignore). Please see if the below KB article helps.
