Blank extract panel

I have been trying to upload a .psd file into my .html site and the extract panel is blank. It loads completely, but then doesn't give me an option to select my .psd file or upload a new one. I've tried logging out and restarting Dreamweaver, but it didn't work. This is the first time I have tried to use my extract panel, so any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Did you upload your PSD files to Creative Cloud?

Have you opened an HTML document yet?

    I would recommend taking a look at this article and deleting the file cache and user config folder: https://helpx.adobe.com/dreamweaver/kb/troubleshoot-javascript-errors-dreamweaver-cs6-cc.html .  If that doesn't work, try logging in as a different user and see if it works.  If it does, you possibly have an OS corruption.  I've seen it happen a few times myself and when that happens your best course of action is moving files from one user to another and then using that new OS account permanently.  If that still doesn't work your only option is to uninstall and re-install DW.
