blank popup on launch

The latest update to dreamweaver seems to have killed my configuration.

I open dreamweaver, and it opens the most recent files (two are open in tabs), then a blank popup shows up, with a single X in the upper right corner. The only responsive action is clicking on the X, which closes Dreamweaver completely.

I currently can't use the software at all.

FWIW, I have the full Creative Studio installed and am using the latest version of dreamweaver (20.1) on Windows 10.

Suggestions?

No luck. I was able to get the reset dialog popup and reset preferences.

Then the blank pop-up shows up.

I then tried downgrading to v19.2.1. Still blank popup.

So... still can't use Dreamweaver.

Have a go using the Adobe Cleaner Tool

Did you keep your previous version of DW CC? If yes, can you launch it from your CC Desktop App?

Hmmm I downgraded to v20.0 and get a pop-up for updating the site cache, which takes a while, but then the same blank pop-up shows up. However, in this case, there are now no open tabs.

I'll try resetting preferences.
