Boostrap navbar submenues

Hello. I'm using a bootstrap 4 navbar. I am trying to add a submenu to a dropdown menu item.

Open Snippets panel (Shift + F9).

Go To Bootstrap Snippets > Expand Dropdowns. Select one.
